AI & automation for SMEs

Daily operations do not run themselves. But large parts of them can.

We build systems that take over daily operations, so you can lead the business instead of administering it.

Problem

It is not the big project. It is the work in between that eats the day.

Six everyday examples from law firms, trade businesses, and logistics companies. You will recognize at least two of them.

LOGISTICS

"Where is my shipment? Question number four today. Half past nine."

Dispatcher, mid-morning. Between the calls, there is no time left to dispatch.

HOW WE SOLVE IT

TRADES

"Customer sent a photo of the water damage. When do I write the quote?"

Owner, evening in the car. The quote is waiting, and so is the next day.

HOW WE SOLVE IT

LAW FIRM

"Did we not have this before? Three years ago. Who finds the pleading now?"

Lawyer, desk full. The memory of a similar case is there. No system can find it again.

HOW WE SOLVE IT

LOGISTICS

"When will the delivery arrive? Honest answer: sometime today."

Dispatch. A reliable answer fails because the required data never comes together in one place.

HOW WE SOLVE IT

TRADES

"Appointment, price, whether we handle their special case. All day the same questions."

Office in a trade business. The phone replaces work instead of supporting it.

HOW WE SOLVE IT

LAW FIRM

"Three hundred emails. Nobody knows which file they belong to."

Secretariat, Monday morning. First sorting, then the actual work can begin.

HOW WE SOLVE IT

Not everything gets automated. Only what costs time every day without needing a new decision every day.

If you recognize two examples, the first look is worth it.

Industries

Three worlds we know deeply.

Choose your industry. The detail pages cover typical problems, solutions, process, and boundaries.

LOGISTICS

The dispatcher dispatches. Not answers calls.

Status requests eat the morning. We show where answers, documents, and planning currently drift apart.

20 status calls a day become 4.

Process

How we work.

Three steps. Each with a fixed deadline. No surprises.

Learn more
Step I Deadline · 5 working days

Assessment

Deadline · 5 working days

We listen where work gets stuck every day and deliver a written assessment of the places where automation saves time.

Step II Deadline · written, fixed

Proposal

Deadline · written, fixed

The assessment becomes a fixed-price proposal: what will be built, what it costs, and when it will be finished.

Step III Deadline · 14 to 60 days

Delivery

Deadline · 14 to 60 days

We build, test, and train your team with interim versions that you approve.

Sounds like effort? The assessment takes two hours of your time. After that, you know whether it is worth continuing.

No obligation, no risk.

FAQ

Clear beforehand. Then decide.

What you should know before we start.

01 What exactly is included in the fixed price?

Everything we agree on together: analysis, implementation, documentation, handover. No hidden extra costs, no hourly rates afterwards. What is in the proposal applies.

02 What happens if the project takes longer than planned?

That is our risk, not yours. Fixed price means fixed price - regardless of how long we need. You pay what was agreed.

03 Do I need technical knowledge?

No. You explain your daily operations and workflows. We handle the technology. During handover, we show you everything you need to know - without technical jargon.

04 How long does a typical project take?

Depending on scope, between four and twelve weeks. We set the exact timeline during the first conversation - in writing, like everything at Tertia.

05 Do I still need you after handover?

No. Every system is documented and handed over so that it runs without us. That is not a bonus - it is our standard.

Still unclear? Some questions can only be answered once we know your daily operations.

We take the time for that.
