Tertia addresses its offer exclusively to entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code. Participation in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board is not intended.
Note on the former EU online dispute resolution platform
Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 on online dispute resolution for consumer matters was repealed by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 with effect from July 20, 2025. The former ODR platform of the European Commission was discontinued; complaints could no longer be submitted there from March 20, 2025.
